[Sounds. Shaking. Far away, but enough to bring the world into focus for the young puppet. Awareness flooded his senses.
It took him some time before he gathered himself enough to… make a decision. His very first decision. He left his gilded cage and took his first steps outside. Where he would go, he wasn’t certain, he didn’t even know where he could possibly go.
So he went out and walked. He felt the grass beneath his bare feet, and the breeze upon his face. A smile came across his features, everything was so filled with wonder. He knew these things. He knew what they were, he always had, but he only knew them as words in his mind. Now for the first time he could see it.
He decided to run to the top of that… hill. That was a hill. From the top of a hill he should be able to see farther. He wanted to see more things! Once he made it to the top of the hill though, he decided to stay there. There was… more to see than he could have ever imagined.
So there he stood, shawl billowing in the wind as he took it all in, barely noticing that another might have had a similar idea.]
[ That's exactly where Nenonen finds him not long after. The hill is pretty out of the way. It's taken then the better part of an hour to make their way up the long slope, and while it isn't surprising to see someone in general, the very first thing Nenonen notices is that this is a kid. Alone.
None of the kids they've seen up until now have been alone, let alone way out in the middle of nowhere like this.
What's this kid doing out here? They lost? And his clothes...

Curious, Nenonen approaches him and peers over. ]
Hi.
